What began as an opportunity on Catalina Island became the foundation for a passion-driven property management business built on trust, hospitality, and attention to detail.

My love for coastal living runs deep, and I’m passionate about caring for homes that embody the relaxed elegance of the West Coast—properties where thoughtful details, natural beauty, and unforgettable experiences come together.

My journey started in Avalon when I was asked to help care for a family’s new vacation home and prepare it as a place where their friends and family could create lasting memories. What began as a small, private arrangement quickly evolved into a successful vacation rental as demand grew through the platforms we know today, including Airbnb and VRBO.

As I stepped into the role of managing the home, I discovered a passion for creating exceptional experiences—not only by caring for the property as if it were my own, but by understanding what guests truly value when they arrive at a vacation destination. I learned that successful rental management is about much more than coordinating stays; it’s about anticipating needs, protecting the home, and creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

With a background in housecleaning and small business operations, I brought a strong foundation of organization, reliability, and service. Managing vacation rentals became a new skillset that I developed through hands-on experience, learning every detail of what it takes to care for a property and support both owners and guests. My dedication, work ethic, and results earned the trust of my client, who encouraged me to take the next step and build a property management business of my own.

After establishing my roots on Catalina Island, I returned home to Santa Barbara to expand my services and bring my personal approach to a new community. Today, I provide thoughtful, hospitality-driven rental management for homeowners who want the benefits of ownership without the daily demands.
